About Cascade Advisory
After years of being unable to find it elsewhere, Melis Tusiray founded Cascade Advisory with a vision to establish a dynamic and inclusive workplace where individuals, because of their culture, identity, orientation, ability, or neurodivergent traits, could flourish and make meaningful contributions. To bring this vision to life, she carefully curated a team of talented and experienced professionals, forming a powerhouse of expertise and knowledge.
Our culture is driven by a forward-thinking mindset, constantly seeking innovative approaches and challenging traditional norms, rather than simply adhering to conventional practices. We have created a team where each individual has deep expertise in relevant subject matter to ensure expertise in each area of each project, and everyone is encouraged to contribute so we capture every great idea.
We aren't like the other consulting firms—and that's a good thing.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
As a woman-owned and operated business, Cascade Advisory’s commitment to DEI and forward-thinking policies is a founding principle of the firm. We firmly believe that diverse perspectives and inclusive practices are essential for driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and achieving sustainable and lasting success. By championing DEI in everything we do, we aim to create a more equitable and inclusive world.
In our business, we measure DEI by:
Who and how we hire;
The way we work;
Who we partner with; and
Accessibility to all who work with and for us
